Judit is leaps and bounds away from the mundane “fast-casual” place that dot the city. Instead, Judit is in its own category. All menu items are made in-house and on the spot. This helps Judit deliver gourmet taste in an easy to eat vehicle – the pita – making for food that is anything but that basic salad you settle with every week-day. And trust me, tastes wayyyyyyy better. The mother and son cook and run Judit together, they lovely and kind and terrific chefs! They do a shabbat take away that looks amazing, but I am a vegan, so I didn’t taste it, but it did make me want to eat meat again.
